지원자 관리 메뉴에서는 채용알림/마케팅/인재풀 등록에 동의한 지원자들의 리스트를 모아볼 수 있으며, 지속적으로 알림을 보낼 수 있습니다.

## 1-1. 채용알림/마케팅/인재풀 관련 동의사항 작성

개별 프로젝트의 채용설계 → 접수설정 → 사전동의 설정 메뉴에서, '선택' 사항으로 채용알림/마케팅/인재풀에 대한 선택적동의 사항을 작성 및 등수정 할수 있습니다.<br>

### 1-2. 지원자 관리

입사 지원 시 선택적 동의사항에 동의한 지원자 명단은 organization 메뉴의 프로젝트 관리 → 지원자 관리에서 명단 확인 및 관리가 가능합니다.

해당 메뉴에선 동의한 지원자 명단을 프로젝트/지원분야 별로 필터를 설정하여 구분하여 확인할 수도 있으며, 이들 대상으로 SMS/Mail을 이용한 안내를 발송할 수 있습니다.

※ 선택 사항에 동의를 하였더라도, 최종 제출을 하지 않은 지원자는 지원자 관리 메뉴에 등록이 되지 않습니다.
